This is not the way I am expecting it to be…

I would like to express my thoughts on the recent Elections.

Ako po ay isang supporter ni Bro. Eddie. Naniwala at naniniwala ako na kaya nyang baguhin at hulmahin ang gobyernong meron tayo ngayon. I have done my part. I went out last May 10 and voted.

I just really feel sad on the results of the election. Disappointed? I’m just really sad. And can’t help in crying. With all the sacrifices of the Bangon Kabataan and Bangon Pilipinas volunteers, I really feel sad of the turnout of the elections. And everytime I am thinking of Bro. Eddie: all his sacrifices for this endeavor, hindi ko talaga mapigilan maapektuhan. Hindi ko man sya personal na nakakausap o nakikita sa mga kampanya, alam ko na napapagod na sya. Pero hindi sya tumitigil dahil sa lubos na pagmamahal niya sa Diyos at sa Bayan.

Hindi ako masyado nakakasama sa mga live campaigns and all other events ng BP and BK pero nararamdaman ko  yung eagerness and desire ng mga tao for genuine change for this nation. But still I know that everyone’s sacrifices will never be in vain, this has been noted already in heaven. Sabi nga nga mga kabangon(reading their blogs and write ups has actually made me feel better), we just have to keep our faith on Him.

This is not about winning of our presidential candidate, it’s about the unity and faith and the learnings in this historical event.

So what’s in store for us now? We can always continue in loving our country and fight for what we know could bring about genuine change.

As for whoever will be the next seated President, the nation has spoken. Our support is already yours.
