After an hour and a half unplanned sleep, I went off to Word Camp Manila 2010 held in De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde Augusto Rosario Theater( just a block away from where I’m[we're] staying). At around 8A.M. I’m still juggling the streets of Estrada and Taft Avenue to get my ticket printed!

The program has officially started  when I came in(so late). My co-campers were already there: Niko, Seph and Jade. And since I’m late, I was not able to pick up the rooms for the breakout sessions. After I got my WordCamp Kit and my Camper’s Badge, went to 4th Floor Mutien Hall to find my room.

Some two years ago when Twilight first aired in the movies, I remember we were working on the first phase of our thesis then my thesis mate and I made a quick escape from Thesis-work for some refreshing[while leaving our [guy] thesis mate working. hahahha.  Fortunately, I was able to watch Eclipse in movies unlike New Moon which I just watched somewhere. Eclipse is ofcourse way better than the first two movies. The first few minutes of the movie is vague and something like “what’s-this-all-about” but eventually the scenes were able to point out the story. Check my full review here.

I just thought of changing my blog name into “Rolling, Kicking.. (Lique)Back in Scribbling!” and leaving the old Scribbles on my Second Haven into my wordpress.com account.

History of Scribbles on my Second Haven

I really can’t  remember details on how I’ve come up with the tag line but I guess I was looking for that word that could describe my writings and have chosen scribbles. My handwriting is not that hard to read but I am fond of doodling especially during college when I’m listening or bored of listening to my professors. Second Haven goes down to my love for writing (especially before when I can’t express my self using audible words) :D

Why the change?

I just feel(I feel like I’m a feeling person, don’t you feel it too? ) of changing blog name since I have registered the old one into few blog directories already and I think it would be better if there’ll be new tagline for this blog and not redundantly registering the same blog title with 2 different sites.

So what’s with the name?

Honestly, this is just some-ramdom-impulsed thoughts :D But it’s somehow very timely or relevant since I have not been blogging in  frequent manner. So now that my site is back, I am also back in scribbling :D And by the way, the theme does fit to my blog. Thanks FreeThemesLayout!

Enjoy the stay :)
